What Size Units Do You Have?

We have six different-sized units available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sizes include 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, 10x30, and some special sizes may be available. We can help with all of your storage needs!
When is My Payment Due?

Rent is always due on the first day of the month.
How Long Can I store My Goods with Your Facility?

Our lease is a minimum 30-day lease. Your lease is extended for another 30 days as you pay monthly rent. You are welcome to stay for as short or as long as you would like as long as your account remains in good standing.
How Do I Pay?
We have several convenient payment options for our customers, including:
- You can mail your payment to us at 531 Tobacco Rd London, KY 40741.
- You can call us at 606-864-9611 to make your payment.
- You can pay in person during our office hours from 9 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.
- You can drop your payment off at our dropbox located at our office.
- You can sign-up for automatic payment, which will automatically deduct from your account each month.
When Can I Access My Storage Unit?

If the gate is closed, you can use your code for 24/7 access 365 days a year.
Do You Require Admin Fees?

No, our facility does not require any fees or deposits.
Are You a Secure Facility?

Yes, we are a completely fenced, gated, and well-lit facility. We also have state-of-the-art security cameras.
Are Your Units Climate Controlled?

No, our units are not climate controlled.
Do I Need to Bring a Lock for My Unit?

No! It will be provided free of charge; you do not have to bring a lock.
